Technical Supervision is the process of monitoring and evaluating project and technical documentation related to the installation/dismantling and construction of booths at the EXPO International Exhibition Center.
It includes three main stages:
  1. Providing the technical project portfolio: preparation and compilation of documentation according to the specified list (link to the list of documents).
  2. Project Review and Approval: Our specialists review the construction project portfolio to ensure compliance with safety requirements and technical standards (here you can find the contact details of our technical managers).
  3. Permit Act: After reviewing the project documentation, a permit is issued for the commencement of installation/dismantling works.
To successfully pass technical supervision, it is important to provide the complete set of documents on time to ensure prompt issuance of permits and the timely start of all exhibition works. A technical supervision guide is available for download below.
