Responsibilities:
Selling exhibition space and participation formats;
Acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships with existing exhibitors;
Working with cold and warm client databases;
Preparing presentations, commercial proposals, and cost calculations;
Conducting business meetings and negotiations;
Providing full client support: from contract signing to project delivery;
Managing contracts and related documentation;
Coordinating with internal departments (marketing, operations);
Preparing reports and analyzing sales performance;
Participating in project development and contributing proposals to increase sales.
Responsibilities:
Technical support for the exhibition (construction).
Development of technical specifications.
Review of design and technical documentation.
Coordination with site services (including documentation management, organizing exhibitor and contractor arrivals, and liaising with site operations).
Creation of the exhibition's general plan and preparation of technical documentation.
Comprehensive technical support for the exhibition, including gathering information on technical services from clients, processing supplier orders, and handling incoming calls and requests.
Processing technical order forms, issuing invoices, drafting contracts for technical services, and collecting final documentation.
Monitoring payments for issued invoices and overseeing settlements with contractors.
On-site work during the installation and event period, including stand construction and coordination of technical services provided by suppliers.
Handling documentation for the technical directorate, including service cost rates, service provision regulations, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
